Our dedicated team will handle everything from menu planning to cooking, serving and CLEANUP! Ensuring a delightful culinary experience tailored to your preferences. Please note that menu prices do not include set up and cleanup nor additional equipment that we may need to provide to complete your experience

This is a gi-normas portion of potato ran through our special machine making these string potato tangles. For additional fee jalapeño can be added.

five pieces of hand battered golden fried catfish fillets, two sides and Cole slaw
A giant size pork tenderloin, battered and deep fried served with gravy, two sides and a roll
Sliced tenderloin stuffed with cream cheese and Jalapeño, wrapped in bacon. Comes with two sides and a roll
Fried rice topped with a medley of corn, tomatoes and black beans and your choice of chicken or shrimp drizzled with our Cajun sauce
One pound of large gulf shrimp with potatoes, corn and smoked sausage. Served with drawn garlic butter and Cajun seasoning

Seasonal!
Our kielbasa is made in-house and is an old Slovak, AR recipe. The only thing different is NO casing on our sausage. Served with bread, two sides and bbq sauce.
As told by one customer “that sauce would make a shoe taste good”. Our secret Cajun creamy sauce iis drizzled on cheese grits then topped with blackened shrimp .
A large portion of our chicken wings tossed with your choice of: Cajun, Parmesan garlic, bbq, buffalo seasoning or plain.
This dish has won “best dish” at the Little Rock food truck festival. Creamy sauce loaded with Louisiana crawfish tails. This can be spicy on occasion. Served over a bed of Arkansas rice.
This recipe was my uncle‘s gumbo team that won the famous “Duck Gumbo” cookoff in Stuttgart, AR. A bowl of gumbo over Arkansas rice served with homemade croutons.
A rich bowl of creamy bisque cooked with bacon, cream corn and potatoes with loads of crawfish tails and shrimp. Served with home made croutons
Our mouth-watering sandwiches are a favorite
1/2 lb fresh hamburger meat, 2 hand patted patties cooked to juicy perfection with your choice of condiments . Can be made with garlic if requested and add your choice of cheese
On of my favorites, fresh sliced turkey breast grilled with onion, peppers and jalapeño. Served on a toasted hoagie bun.
This is a very unique chicken sandwich. It’s is chunks of chicken seasoned then formed into a patty and fried until golden brown. Served on a bun.
Our smoked pork butt is lightly smoked and tender with flavor.
Our brisket is slow smoked for 15 hours, well seasoned, tender and full of flavor.
These are 1/4 lb all beef hotdogs.
Homemade chicken salad on hoagie bun
Thick slice of bologna deep fried then topped with your favorite toppings.
